This policy explains how we process personal data when you use our website, products, and LinkedIn integrations (including LinkedIn Member Data Portability). It applies to visitors, customers, and app users.

When you connect your LinkedIn account or use Member Data Portability, we may receive data you explicitly allow, such as:

- Any additional fields you authorize during the LinkedIn consent flow
You can revoke our access at any time in your LinkedIn settings.

4) Why we use your data & legal bases
We process personal data only when a legal basis applies:

- Communications (service emails, product updates): Contract/Legitimate interests; for marketing: Consent (you can opt out anytime).
- Security & fraud prevention (protect accounts, troubleshoot): Legitimate interests and/or Legal obligation.
- Analytics & product improvement: Legitimate interests and, where required, Consent via cookies.
- Legal compliance (tax, accounting, regulatory requests): Legal obligation.
5) Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers / processors (hosting, email, analytics, customer support) under contracts that protect your data.

- We only receive LinkedIn data that you explicitly authorize.

- We do not post to LinkedIn on your behalf without separate permission.
- You can revoke access anytime in LinkedIn Settings; we will stop new imports and delete or anonymize imported data per the Retention section, unless law requires retention.
11) Children
Our services are not directed to children. In France, if you are under 15, you should not use our services without parental consent.
12) Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, backups, staff confidentiality). No system is 100% secure.
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the Effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice.
